Full/Queen bed: 2 Martha Queen Euros (26x30), two scalloped standard shams (20x26), then Audrey Bolster (9x28 or 9x38).
King: 2 Martha King Euros or 3 26x26 Euros, 2 scalloped king shams (20x36), then Audrey Bolster (9x38 or 9x48).
