For this collection the setup depends on the bed size:
Twin bed: 1 Kathryn King Euro (26x36) to fill the back of the bed, a single scalloped sham (20x26), then Megan Bolster (9x19 or 9x28).
Full/Queen bed: 2 Kathryn Queen Euros (26x30), two scalloped standard shams (20x26), then Megan Bolster (9x38).
King: 2 Kathryn King Euros or 3 26x26 Euros, 2 scalloped king shams (20x36), then Megan Bolster (9x38 or 48).

For a light pink thread, use 91NL. For a green thread, use 735DD.
