For this collection the setup depends on the bed size:
Twin bed: Straight stitch in green as Queen Euro (26x30) to fill up the back of the bed, then Iva Check in Pluff (24x24), then Hobbs in Olive in front in a 9x20 bolster
Full/Queen bed: Straight stitch in green as Queen Euros (26x30) to fill up the back of the bed, then 2 Iva Check in Pluff (24x24), then Hobbs in Olive in front in a 9x38 bolster
King: Straight stitch in green as King Euros (26x36) to fill up the back of the bed, then 3 Iva Check in Pluff (24x24), then Hobbs in Olive in front in a 9x38 or 9x48 bolster.
